Ingredients
  

Dried ingredients
  • 2 cups finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup flax meal
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Liquid ingredients
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup smashed banana
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 cup pineapple
Other ingredients
  • 1 cup finely chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup banana for mashed banana

Method
 

  1. Prepare muffin, pancake, waffle, and smoothie ingredients as directed, then cool and freeze in individual portions.
  2. For muffins, double or triple the recipe, bake, cool, and freeze in a freezer bag.
  3. Cook extra pancakes and waffles, then freeze in separate bags for quick reheating.
  4. Create smoothie packets by portioning ingredients into freezer bags and freeze for easy blending.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and texture.
