Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook sausage until browned, then layer hash browns in a greased dish.
- Spread cooked sausage, peppers, and onions over hash browns. Whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Pour egg mixture over layers, top with cheese, cover, and bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15-20 minutes until set.
Notes
This casserole can be assembled ahead and frozen for quick breakfasts.
