Method
- Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
- Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
- Pour batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
Notes
Store the mix in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
