Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 4.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3.5 Tbsp baking powder
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
Wet ingredients
  • 1.25 cups whole milk
  • 3 Tbsp melted unsalted butter
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

  1. Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.
  3. Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until just combined.
  4. Heat a griddle or skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
  5. Pour batter onto the griddle and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.

Notes

Store the mix in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
