Ingredients
  

Base
  • 2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings
  • 2 cups mixed berries
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds

Method
 

  1. Combine base ingredients: Mix oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Layer with berries: Gently fold in berries or layer on top. Save some for topping.
  3. Add almonds: Sprinkle sliced almonds on top.
  4. Chill overnight: Refrigerate for at least 8 hours. Stir before serving.

Notes

For a creamier texture, use full-fat Greek yogurt. Adjust honey to your desired sweetness.
