  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed, drained
  • 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and halved
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine sun-dried tomatoes, olives, feta, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon mixture over chicken, ensuring even coating.
