Method
- Toss chicken with olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Warm tortillas according to package directions.
- Spread hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Top with cooked chicken, feta cheese, cucumber, tomatoes, olives, and red onion.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll up tightly.
- Serve immediately. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
Notes
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken marinade.
