Spices and Seasonings
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley or chopped fresh parsley for topping
  • 1 cup mayonnaise or plain greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Place chicken in dish and spread the sauce evenly over all pieces.
  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  5. Garnish with parsley before serving.
