Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 cup unsalted butter

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Soak chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat chicken in flour mixture and sear in melted butter for 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Bake in oven for 20-25 minutes, then rest and garnish with parsley.
