Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Soak chicken in buttermilk for 30 minutes.
  3. Mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dredge chicken in flour mixture, then place in dish and drizzle with melted butter.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cooked through.
  6. Rest a few minutes before serving.
