Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper Just 1/2 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper will do the trick!
  • 1.5 cups freshly grated Parmesan cheese divided into portions
  • 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts with any extra fat trimmed away

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  3. Arrange chicken breasts evenly in the pan. Cover with the sour cream mixture, then top with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
  4. Raise for 25-30 minutes, ensuring the chicken is thoroughly cooked. Broil for 2-3 minutes until the top is lightly browned.
  5. Enjoy right away.

For an extra crispy top, ensure the oven is preheated properly before broiling.
