  • 1.5 cups Parmesan cheese (divided)

  • 3 pounds boneless chicken breasts with any extra fat trimmed away

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a 9×13 baking dish with nonstick spray.
  2. Mix sour cream, garlic powder, seasoned salt, black pepper, and 1 cup of Parmesan cheese.
  3. Arrange chicken in the dish, cover with sour cream mixture, and top with remaining Parmesan.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cooked through, then broil for 2-3 minutes until lightly browned.
