  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or plain greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish with light oil.
  2. Mix mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and Parmesan in a bowl.
  3. Place chicken in dish and spread creamy mixture evenly over each piece.
  4. Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving to retain juices.
