Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Sear chicken in skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Transfer skillet to oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with pan juices.
Notes
For extra flavor, add fresh herbs before serving.
