Ingredients
  

Salad
  • 3 cups elbow macaroni cooked
  • 2 cups diced deli chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1 large shredded carrot
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 cup diced Munster cheese
  • 15 oz drained corn
  • 2 tbsp pickled jalapeños
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp pickled jalapeño juice
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Mix sour cream, mayonnaise, jalapeño juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add cooked macaroni and stir until coated.
  3. Fold in chicken, celery, carrot, cheese, onion, corn, and jalapeños.
  4. Chill for at least an hour or serve immediately.

Notes

Add a dash of hot sauce for extra heat!
