Ingredients
  

Protein
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Cracker Topping
  • 1 cup crushed Ritz crackers
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Optional Toppings
  • 1/2 cup cooked turkey bacon, crumbled optional
  • for garnish Chopped green onions optional

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, onion, and pepper.
  3. Stir in 1 cup cheese and bacon, if using. Transfer to a greased dish.
  4. Combine crackers and melted butter; sprinkle over casserole.
  5. Top with remaining cheese and bake 30-35 mins until bubbly and golden. Garnish with green onions.

Notes

For extra flavor, add chopped green onions before serving.
