Method
- Butter one side of each bread slice.
- Place half of the bread slices, butter-side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly over the bread slices in the skillet.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, butter-side up.
- Grill for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet and let cool slightly.
- Use the heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut out heart shapes from the grilled cheese sandwiches.
- Serve immediately.

For a fun twist, try using different types of cheese or adding a thin layer of your favorite spread, like pesto or tomato sauce.
