Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups Krusteaz Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix
  • 1-1/3 cups Water
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla
Toppings
  • various dried blueberries, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, chopped pecans for topping

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spray mini muffin pan.
  2. Mix pancake mix, water, and vanilla until just combined.
  3. Fill muffin tins 3/4 full with batter.
  4. Add desired toppings on each batter-filled cup.
  5. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool on a rack before storing.
