Method
- Place the roast in your crockpot.
- Sprinkle evenly with the ranch and au jus packets.
- Place the stick of butter and the peppers on top.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours.
- Shred with two forks in the pot, mixing into the glorious juices.

For a richer flavor, sear the roast before placing it in the crockpot.
