  • 3 large ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix mashed bananas, sugar, and melted butter in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add walnuts or chocolate chips.
