Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas about 1.5 cups mashed
  • 0.75 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs eggs
Add-ins
  • 0.5 cup chocolate chips

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with eggs and oil.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes until golden.

Notes

For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of yogurt to the batter.
