Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mash bananas and mix with eggs and oil.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes until golden.
Notes
For extra moisture, add a tablespoon of yogurt to the batter.
