  • 1 teaspoon baking soda

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas
  • 1/3 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs large eggs

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mash bananas and combine with wet ingredients.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients, then fold in chocolate chips.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 50 minutes.
