Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; combine wet ingredients in another, then blend.
- Combine wet and dry mixtures; pour into prepared pan.
- Mix pecans, brown sugar, and cinnamon for topping; sprinkle over batter.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes; cool before removing from pan.
