Ingredients
  

Meat and Noodles
  • 500 g ground beef
  • 250 g egg noodles or your choice of noodles
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
  • 0.5 cup soy sauce
  • 0.25 cup brown sugar
  • 0.5 cup water or beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 2 green onions sliced

Method
 

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet, cook beef until browned, then add garlic and ginger, sauté 1-2 minutes.
  3. Mix soy sauce, brown sugar, and water; pour into skillet, cook 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  4. Add red pepper flakes if desired, then toss in cooked noodles, stir to coat.
  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or broccoli for extra nutrition.
