- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line muffin tin.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; whisk wet ingredients separately.
- Combine wet and dry, fold in chocolate chips, then fill liners two-thirds full.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes; cool completely.
- Frost with buttercream, shape bat wings with fondant or chocolate, add edible eyes.
Notes
Use black fondant or melted chocolate to create bat wings for a spooky effect.
