  • 0.5 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1-2 teaspoons rosewater to taste
Whipped Cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream cold
Optional Garnish
  • 1-2 drops pink food coloring Optional
  • Fresh berries or edible rose petals For serving

Method
 

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add the powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and rosewater. Beat until well combined and creamy.
  3. In a separate, chilled bowl, whip the cold heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until no streaks remain. If desired, add pink food coloring and fold until evenly distributed.
  5. Spoon the mixture into small serving glasses or a single dessert dish.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours, or until set.
  7. Before serving, garnish with fresh berries or edible rose petals.

Notes

For best results, ensure all dairy ingredients are very cold before whipping the heavy cream, and the cream cheese is fully softened for a smooth mixture.
