Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix pasta, marinara, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Combine ricotta with half the mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Layer half of pasta mixture in a baking dish, add ricotta, then top with remaining pasta and cheeses.
- Cover with foil, bake 30 mins, then uncover and bake 15 mins until bubbly and golden. Garnish with basil if desired.
Notes
For a creamier texture, let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
