Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Rice
  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
Soups
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup 10.5 oz can
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup 10.5 oz can
Other
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix rice, soups, and water; pour into greased 9x13-inch dish.
  3. Place chicken on top, season with salt and pepper, then sprinkle onion soup mix.
  4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 1.5 hours.
  5. Rest for a few minutes, then serve.

Notes

Keep the foil sealed during baking to ensure moist, tender chicken and perfectly cooked rice.
