Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1 cup gluten free old fashioned rolled oats or quick oats
Wet ingredients
  • 1.5 cup almond or oat milk
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
  • 1 overripe banana overripe banana
  • 2 tsp baking powder
Additional
  • non stick spray, vegan butter, or coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Blend oats, banana, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and baking powder until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet and lightly grease.
  3. Pour batter onto skillet and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden.
  4. Repeat with remaining batter.

Notes

For extra flavor, add fresh berries or nuts on top.
