Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon; mix well.
- Mix in flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
- Fold in oats and walnuts; drop spoonfuls onto sheets and bake 12-15 mins.
- Cool cookies on wire rack before serving.
Notes
For softer cookies, bake for 12 minutes; for crunchier, bake longer.
