Ingredients
  

Dry ingredients
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
Wet ingredients
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed bananas about 1 cup mashed
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine mashed bananas, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla.
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir until just combined.
  5. Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and bake for 60 minutes.
  6. Let cool before slicing and serving.

Notes

Use ripe bananas for best flavor and sweetness.
