Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Mix flour, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, then stir in oats. Scoop dough onto baking sheets and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden. Cool on sheets before transferring.
Notes
For softer cookies, slightly underbake and cool on sheets.
