Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C Fan, gas mark 4) and line a baking tin.
- Cream margarine and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Fold in flour, vanilla, and milk until combined. Pour into prepared tin.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes; cool completely before icing.
- Mix icing sugar with warm water, spread over cooled cake, and add sprinkles.
