Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • salt and pepper to taste salt and pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 8 ounces egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)

Method
 

  1. Season chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook chicken in a skillet with olive oil for 5-6 minutes per side; set aside.
  3. Simmer chicken broth, add noodles, cover, and cook 7-8 minutes until al dente.
  4. Melt butter, sauté garlic, then toss with noodles and Parmesan if using.
  5. Slice chicken and serve on top of noodles, garnished with parsley.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a squeeze of lemon or a sprinkle of red pepper flakes.
