Method
- Brown the ground beef and diced onion in a skillet until cooked and translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in orzo, beef broth, tomatoes, ketchup, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 10-12 minutes until orzo is tender and liquid is absorbed.
- Remove from heat, stir in cheddar cheese until melted, then season with salt and pepper. Garnish with pickles and parsley if desired.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of hot sauce or serve with a side salad.
