  • 2 cups Chicken breast (cooked, diced) cooked and diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced) minced
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 Flour tortillas (medium) medium
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • to taste Parsley (chopped, optional) chopped, optional
  • to taste Salt and black pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook and dice the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  2. Sauté garlic in olive oil until fragrant. Add chicken and toss.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  4. Lay tortilla flat, spoon in chicken mixture, fold sides, and roll tightly.
  5. Melt butter in skillet, cook wraps seam-side down until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Let wraps rest for 1-2 minutes before slicing.
  7. Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture.
