Method
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Hull the strawberries by cutting out a cone-shaped piece from the top.
- In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
- Fill a piping bag or a small zip-top bag with the cheesecake filling. If using a zip-top bag, cut off a small corner.
- Pipe or spoon the cheesecake filling into the hollowed-out strawberries.
- Optional: Drizzle with melted chocolate.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
For easier filling, use a piping bag with a wide tip.
