  • 2 cups uncooked pasta (fusilli, penne, or rotini)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup bell peppers, diced (red, yellow, or green)
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 0.5 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup black olives, sliced
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
  • 0.5 cup Italian dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
