Ingredients
  

Sweet Potatoes
  • 4 cups sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla, and salt until combined.
  3. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch dish.
  4. Combine brown sugar, pecans, and flour; sprinkle over the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and set.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a dollop of whipped cream before serving.
