Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl.
- Gradually add dry to wet, mixing until just combined. Fold in nuts if using.
- Pour batter into pan and bake for 60-65 minutes. Cool before slicing.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a teaspoon of ginger or allspice.
