  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella balls, halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • to taste salt and pepper

Method
 

  1. Combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes before serving.
