Ingredients
  

Smoothie
  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower rice optional, for creaminess
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 tablespoon yogurt dairy or non-dairy
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional, for sweetness
Toppings
  • granola
  • fresh raspberries
  • chia seeds
  • shredded coconut
  • almond slices

Method
 

  1. Combine all ingredients (raspberries, banana, cauliflower rice, milk, yogurt, and sweetener if using) in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more milk if needed to reach desired consistency.
  3. Pour smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Top with your favorite toppings such as granola, fresh raspberries, chia seeds, shredded coconut, and almond slices.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

For a thicker smoothie bowl, use more frozen fruit or less milk. Adjust sweetness to your liking.
