Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
Add-ins
  • 1 cup crushed potato chips (classic salted)
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl; beat butter and sugars until fluffy.
  3. Add egg and vanilla, then combine with dry ingredients.
  4. Fold in crushed potato chips and chocolate chips.
  5. Drop dough onto sheets and bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.

Notes

For extra crunch, refrigerate dough before baking.
