Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Whisk dry ingredients: flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, ginger.
- Mix wet ingredients: pumpkin, eggs, oil, sugars, milk, vanilla until smooth.
- Combine: Add dry to wet, stir just until combined, fold in nuts or chips if using.
- Pour into pan, bake 55–65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool in pan 10 minutes, then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a sprinkle of cinnamon on top before baking.
