Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour your pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in one bowl. Cream butter and sugar, then add eggs, pumpkin, vanilla. Combine with dry ingredients and milk.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool for 15 minutes, then invert and cool completely before serving.
Notes
Do not overbake; a few crumbs on the toothpick are okay.
