Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
- Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and wet ingredients in another bowl. Combine them gently.
- Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 60 minutes.
- Let cool before glazing with a mixture of powdered sugar and maple syrup.
Notes
For a better flavor, use fresh spices and real maple syrup.
