Ingredients
  

Citrus
  • 12 pieces clementines peeled and separated
  • 1 cup red grapes washed and picked off the vine
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 4 pieces strawberries halved
  • 4 slices granny smith apple

Method
 

  1. Peel clementines and arrange wedges on tray.
  2. Slice strawberries in half and arrange into a smile.
  3. Place blueberries in the center for the nose.
  4. Wash grapes and arrange into two circles for eyes.
  5. Slice apple into wedges and place at the top for the stem.
