Method
- Beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.

- Mix powdered sugar, meringue powder, and warm water until thick and glossy. Divide icing, color with gels, and pipe outlines and details on cookies. Let dry 6-8 hours.
