Vegetables
  • 900 g pommes de terre
  • 1.2 kg carottes
  • 350 g potimarron
  • 200 g pousses d’épinards
  • 5 pieces oignons jaunes
  • 4 cloves gousses d’ail
  • 400 g filet mignon de porc
  • 150 g dés de turkey bacon
  • 500 g boeuf à mijoter
  • 30 cl lait
  • 20 cl crème liquide
  • 100 g fromage râpé
  • 4 pieces oeufs
  • 30 g noix
  • 300 g pâtes sèches
  • 230 g riz basmati
  • 120 g orzo ou boulgour
  • 70 g concentré de tomates

  • Huile d’olive
  • Vinaigre balsamique
  • Sauce Worcestershire
  • Sauce soja salée
  • Miel
  • Sel et poivre Seasoning
Spices
  • gingembre moulu Ginger powder
  • origan séché Dried oregano
  • paprika fumé Smoked paprika
  • 2 feuilles de laurier Bay leaves

  • 2 cubes de bouillon de boeuf Beef bouillon cubes

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Sauté onions and garlic, then brown chicken and beef in a skillet with olive oil. Combine with vegetables and seasonings, then transfer to a baking dish.
  3. Mix milk, cream, and cheese, pour over the meat and vegetables, then top with cheese and bake at 180°C for 45 minutes.
  4. Prepare the sauce by sautéing onions and garlic, adding spices, and cooking under pressure for 10 minutes. Cool and store.

Notes

You can prepare the sauce in advance and refrigerate for up to 4-5 days for convenience.
