Method
- Cook the chicken in a skillet until golden and cooked through, then set aside.
- Melt butter in the same pan, sauté garlic, then add chicken broth and simmer briefly.
- Add heavy cream, sour cream, and Parmesan; simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the pan and cook for a few more minutes to coat in sauce.
- Serve the chicken over rice, garnished with parsley.
Notes
For a lighter version, use half & half instead of heavy cream.
