  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional your favorite BBQ sauce or spices for flavor

Method
 

  1. Place chicken in slow cooker, pour broth over, and sprinkle spices.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  3. Shred chicken with two forks, then stir back into the broth.
  4. Optional: Mix in BBQ sauce or spices before serving.
